I want to cancel the Advanced Course.

Please refer to the following instructions for cancellation. Please refrain from inquiring about the operation method within each app store.

If purchased from the App Store (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Tap [Settings]
  2. Tap your name (Sign in with the Apple ID you used when you subscribed)
  3. Tap [Subscription]
  4. Tap [Let's touch “AKAMARU”]
  5. Tap [Cancel Subscription]

If purchased on Google Play (Android)

  1. Tap the Google Play app
  2. Tap the profile icon in the upper right corner
  3. Tap [Payment and Subscription] > [Subscription]
  4. Select [Let’s touch “AKAMARU”]
  5. Tap [Cancel Subscription Purchase]
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions
